It's been a while since I posted. I am currently on the east coast and have been for about the past week. I am in the process of turning my townhome in Virginia into a rental... had the place painted, cleaned, carpets will be cleaned on Tues. While they were painting inside I caught some Brandi shows on the East Coast -- it is nice that all the major cities are so close. Really enjoyed

Vanessa cracks me up. She is featured on Channel 7's new song as backing vocals... the song is funny. I love how they worked in the piano components in the middle. On a more interesting note, i went through a bunch of Celebrity Playlists last night in iTunes and Kanye has Vanessa Carlton - ATM on his list... weird. So i was checking pointed to the youtube wonder esmee denters and heard her cover of irreplaceable. I thought the song was interesting, sorta funny lyrics but whatever. So i went to check out the original by Beyonce and then wasn't really impressed but if you watch her performance like on TRL you can see everyone singing and making hand gestures for the "to the left to the left" parts, kinda

It was quite a year for me. I have now been living in California for over a year again. It's really odd because at least once a week someone is confused about my being "back in California." I swear, everyone thinks i am an east coaster! Work has been really good. I've been learning a lot and i swear i have the best team working for me. We run the VoIP network and do a damn good job at it.

i totally forgot about this. I just got back from Atlanta, GA. Flew out there with my friend Let and drove to TN. Got to see Memphis and the king. Checked out a band that really rocks (www.jagstar.com). Now i'm home. Next week it's off to Seattle to see the vulture. -katia
